Listen "#155 - The COM-B model explained with a difference"
Episode Synopsis
There are many models to describe how we behave. In the level I accreditation course Caroline refers to the COM-B model by Michie, van Stralen and West (2011). This episode dives into the three components of capability, opportunity and motivation, that interact to enact behaviour change. Caroline expands on the model by adding a D into the M, as discipline is essential when things get hard. Let's look at how you can apply this model to your own behavior as well as that of your students in the classroom.
