Marlowe’s in today mixing cocktail sips with insider info; · Tuyet-Nhi Le of Nue Elegantly Vietnamese and Chasin’ Tails joins us. Nue’s new menu is a tribute to the Year of the Dragon; · Jill Erber and Cathal Armstrong of Corso Italian – in the former Cheesetique location in Shirlington. The secret is out. Chef Cathal heads up the kitchen. We’ve been there. It’s a home run! · This Black History Month our focus is on culture and - what else?! – food!. All this month, the Sweet Home Café at the National Museum of African American History and Culture will feature special menu takeovers by select chefs from across the country, telling stories from their heritage through the exquisite menus they curate and execute in the eatery’s kitchen. With us today are Chef Ramin Coles from the museum and Chef Kyre Rochon from the National Museum of American History. They’re here to talk about great eats at two of America’s greatest museums.
