Dan and Heidi are a fun couple!  They share their story and some of their background. Dan is an elementary school counselor and Heidi is an elementary school teacher.  They are the parents of three children all out of the house now and, as Heidi shares, by the grace of God they still have great relationships with their kids!They share some great tools to support kids understanding their feelings and processing those feelings in a healthy way.  Heidi refers to http://www.consciousdiscipline.com as a great resource for teachers and families to help their kids in building resilience skills.
