Remember quiet storm radio? In Chicago we had Whispers in the Dark… I grew up listening to lovers call in from all over the city to dedicate songs, send their apologies and profess their love for all of Chi-Town to hear… I loved staying up late to hear the callers, the music and smooth voice of the host. Who knew over 20 years later I’d be formulating my own “radio” show with a bit of a spiritual spin on it! Hi I’m RemeDy, self proclaimed love dealer, heart healer, and family restorator. As an intuitive healer and student of love, life, and everything in between I’ve taken my educational background in Psychology and combined it with my spiritual gifts to bring you Fixd Roots After Dark. A late night platform where we listen to melodic sounds that provoke nostalgia, I answer personal letters intuitively with the assistance of the ancestors and provide insight into our week ahead with an oracle pull focused on love, life, and healing. My goal is simple, to create, to research, to rescue, repair, and restore black families… in a way that’s true and authentic to me.
