In the last two months, I've gotten the best sleep of my life. I went from getting really bad sleep to sleeping well most nights and as a result have seen massive improvements in my mood and focus. The biggest trick of all was making the decision to prioritize sleep. I know it sounds simple but oftentimes it's the most simple things we overlook. Although sleep is different for everyone, I've managed to narrow down 4 tricks that have really helped me change the way I sleep. In this episode, I'll give you a few quick tricks you can implement today to get better quality sleep.
