Episode 376 Benjamin Watson is a First Class Father and Retired NFL Tight End who was drafted by the New England Patriots in the first round of the 2004 NFL Draft. During his professional football career he played for the Cleveland Browns, New Orleans Saints, Baltimore Ravens and finished his career where it began with the Patriots. He was a part of the Patriots team that won Super Bowl 39 and was the recipient of the Bart Starr Award in 2018. He is also the author of two books “Under Our Skin” and “New Dad's Playbook”. In this Episode, Watson shares his Fatherhood journey which includes seven children, he discusses the challenges of balancing one on one time with all of his kids, he describes the dangers of the Fatherless Crisis in our country and what needs to change to bring it under control, he talks about the importance of family and the role of the father as the spiritual leader, he offers some great advice for new or about to be Dads and more!
