Her book is dedicated to anyone who may be struggling to forgive themselves for mistakes they made when they were just doing their best to survive.

Marci is a recognized expert on body image and self-esteem and was named one of Canada's top 100 health influencers. Marci is using her life experiences to help others release shame from their past and move forward with the happiness they deserve.
