Those who found their way to light, no matter their circumstances. I'm your host, Suzanne Andora Barron. I've been teaching yoga, meditation, and mindfulness and mindset for fourteen years. As a Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner, I teach students how to use the placement of their hands and breath to ease pain and discomfort in their body, support themselves emotionally and balance mind, body and spirit.  Welcome!
