Episode Synopsis

When you’re dealing with divorce, there are many opportunities for blame. I’m speaking from experience here, my own and that of many, many clients. So many of us get stuck thinking that our marriage ended because of our ex. And, it may be true, they did things that led to or caused your marriage to fail, but what I want you to consider today, is that no matter what your ex did or didn't do in your marriage, you have a choice…you can blame them, blame yourself or take responsibility. This is such an important topic! Today I’m going to teach you the difference between blame and responsibility and how taking responsibility for YOUR thoughts, feelings and actions, regardless of what anyone else does, is the MOST empowering thing you can do!
