Her current projects include 550 Vanderbilt Avenue, 550 West 29th Street, 101 Wall Street, 41 Great Jones Street, and 24-16 QPS. In 2018 alone, Ivy Kramp recorded $120M in sales, and in her career has closed nearly 1000 transactions throughout the city covering everything from condo and co-op resales to townhouses and selling out entire new developments. We discuss the market in 2019 and what's in store for 2020 and beyond.
