Well, friends, let me tell ya, I've got a special one this time.  If you've ever had an interest in outdoor cooking, you probably went to YouTube, and it would be almost impossible not to come across Cowboy Kent Rollins.  I didn't have to watch but one or two of those videos and knew I'd found a kindred spirit. His presence when you're around him is incredible, but it comes across through the camera and onto the screen. He was way more down to earth, way more humble, and even way more likeable, if you can believe that, than he is on YouTube.  I reached out and in no time I was able to secure a chance to interview this great American. We sat down for about 90 minutes and it felt like we had been friends my whole life.
