Listen "Episode 71: The Red Tent (1969) "
Episode Synopsis
Welcome back to Film Haven Reviews!!! This week we are continuing our "Arctic Antics" theme with the under the radar arctic survival adventure film The Red Tent (1969). While it didn't start off great, it doesn't take too long for this film to come into its own and offer a thrilling adventure filled with lots of tension and a fair amount of commentary as well. This being the first co-production between the Soviet Union and the West is also a very interesting and unique aspect of the flim that you can actually feel while watching it. I gave this film a 7.5/10 for entertaining throughout and offering up fun quanderies about leadership that gets audiences thinking a little too!
