Reporting from the WV State Dairy Show Terry Stutler interviews Jane Tabb. Jane has learned that change is the only constant on her farm and it is essential to keeping a farm viable through the generations. From dairy to finished beef, from wheat to corn, soybeans, hay and and now compost the farm adapts to meet the needs of the next generation market. She notes public relations are critical and is active with her role of county commissioner and several local boards.
