Dr. Cecilia Lenk, CEO of Netcapital Inc., built Netcapital on the commitment to bring awareness and provide guidance to underrepresented founders including women and minorities, through its funding portal and advisory services. Cecilia is an entrepreneur truly passionate about women’s access to careers in finance and technology, two of the largest industries lacking diversity.

Cecilia’s mission is to empower innovators and entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds to be successful in their own endeavors to provide solutions. She wants to help facilitate this by leveling the playing field for access to capital and strategic resources to create more inclusive capitalism.
