She is also the first black female winner of BBC's The Apprentice (Series 14).
After hearing Sian being interviewed by Adam Stott at his Branding Retreat, I was given the opportunity to interview her for 10 minutes with 10 minutes notice!
Of course she made it really enjoyable for me. What a fantastic, down-to-earth role-model. I'm in my element chatting to an amazing young woman who has actually achieved and is successfully living, one of my fleeting childhood dreams as a fashion designer.
