Nick and Erich return to reflect on graduation and their college experiences. In general, understanding where we came from to know where we are going. College is a significant milestone for our lives, and taking the time to reflect on the six-year journey has been crucial in getting the maximum value from it. 
In many ways, I don't think I was as challenged in college as I could have been, but I chose to seek challenge for myself. Be that from fitness, nutrition, books, and podcasts, and much more. All those small steps have allowed me to begin to formulate the type of information that I share here on this podcast.
Now with 50 (!) episodes under our belts, it's still surreal to me. This podcast has evolved into something that I would never have expected, and I have started connecting with some of the most exciting people I have been able to meet just by being open to that type of connection! The part of this that still hits home is getting messages from people who listen to the podcast and leave notes about it. It never gets old. Please feel to reach out to me and let know what you're learning about what topic you've been starting to explore! I want to try and highlight what every one of you is doing as well.
