Hey, I'd like for us to get to know each other a bit better. Shall we? I'll start by sharing a slice of my life - the part when everything went upside down and I had to learn to swim so I wouldn't sink. Nothing turned out the way I anticipated, and believe me, it's been intense, disruptive and ultimately also the best life change that could have happened. Someone smart once said, Let go of how you thought life and love would be. Then you'll find room in your heart for what's really meant to be there.I actually framed this and put it on my desk as a daily reminder to not just embrace change, but to also embrace letting go. Because we always seem to grip the hardest in the moments before letting go.
