One of the first things I was taught as a new believer was Romans Road. I didn't know a thing about the Bible, Christ, salvation, faith or anything related to Christianity. You can imagine my excitement when I was shown the Good News of Salvation all in one book of the Bible.

THE PROBLEM | Romans 3:23 - "for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."

Every person is a sinner before a Holy God and unable to save themselves.

THE PENALTY | Romans 6:23 - "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life inChrist Jesus our Lord."

Every person is separated from God because of their sin and sentenced to death.

THE PROVISION | Romans 5:8 - "But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us."

God addresses our sin problem for us through the substitutionary sacrificial death of Christ.

THE PARDON | Romans 10:9-10 - "If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved."

It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that you can receive salvation from your sins and eternal life.

THE PROMISE | Romans 10:13 - for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

Today is the day of salvation! Everyone is welcome in the Kingdom of Heaven if you believe in the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior.
