Following Jesus Changes Everything (Acts 10:34-48)Today the devotion will be taken from Acts 10:34-48 and is entitled, “Following Jesus Changes Everything”. Since VBS is next week, I will give a brief summary of the five lessons that will be covered during the week. It is amazing really how I had decided on doing this devotion and later discovered that it corresponded beautifully with the upcoming lessons that I am working on for VBS. So, I just decided to roll with it! Ha!Peter learned five important lessons as he adjusted his life to the Lordship of Christ. Following Jesus changed many things in his life - his career, his cultural norms & practices, his conduct, his convictions, his companions (don’t think he would have preferred hanging out with a tax collector like Matthew before he met Christ), etc.1.
