Episode Synopsis

Today a friend (who is also a Beachbody Coach) told me to ignore seeing her eating a piece of chocolate after hi-fiving for nailing our workouts today. I think it’s so funny how embarrassed folks get to just be normal around me regarding their meals. You know what? It’s your choice. It’s your meal plan. And we are all allowed a treat … or two … or five! The 80/20 rule works. It provides a way to balance life, to make room for the unexpected and our favorite things that might not be perfectly “clean.” 
On this episode I chat about my treats this weekend and then my meal plan for the week - and how to keep your meals when your out under control. 
This is what is on my meal plan this week: 

Monday: Veggie crust pizza with turkey and tomatoes + side salad
Tuesday: Picking up at a concert  (But, you know I would be making tacos of some sort!) 
Wednesday: Tuna “casserole” + roasted butternut squash 
Thursday: Pan-seared Salmon + mushroom + spinach cauliflower rice
Friday: Harvest pasta, grilled chicken and a simple salad
