At age 12 he was building drones. At age 14 he started a company in his parents' basement. At age 16 he started Orb, and at age 19, he got his first Department of Defense contract. He was the youngest commercial drone pilot in the country. He withdrew his college applications and was awarded the Thiel Fellowship in 2021.
