Ever wanted to elevate your day by building a winner morning routine? My suggestion for you in this episode is to keep it simple and add activities in your morning that contribute to any of these 4 categories: nourishing your body, moving your body, mindfulness, connecting with nature and people. As long as you are hitting all these 4 goals daily, you are set for a beautiful day! One thing to keep in mind however is that your million dollars morning routine won't happen if you don't have a good night time routine. You have to set yourself up for success from the night before else it wouldn't result in lasting changes!
