A LOT of change for 1999 in terms of teams & drivers!Driver Changes:-Williams had an all new line up with Ralf Schumacher (Drove for Jordan in 1998) & Alessandro Zanardi (Last drove for Lotus in 1994).H-H Frentzen went the other way to Jordan to Partner Damon Hill.97 Champion J.Vill went to the newly found B.A.R Team alongisde Debutant Ricardo Zonta.Riccardo Rosset retired from F1, while his 1998 Team-mate Tora Takagi went to Arrows.He was joined by Debutant Pedro De La Rosa (He & Marc Gene were the first Spaniards to start a race since 1989).Pedro Diniz moved from Arrows to Sauber, while Johnny Herbert moved from Sauber to Stewart to Partner Rubens Barrichello.
