Listen "203: 'It Depends' - Best Practices & Optimization for Models"
Episode Synopsis
We live in a world of Best Practices and learning best practices for Power BI. It is ingrained in us and from documentation to learning.
However, the idea that best practices are universal for each use case is a fallacy. Data models, logic, and needs are unique to each model and report. People, features, and situations call for being able to use methods that may not fall into the universally known best practice sphere.
When are those situations, and how do we navigate and ensure we are still applying the best approach?
This came from another amazing article from Kurt Buhler. https://data-goblins.com/power-bi/it-depends
