Depending on your spiritual background, they may be called angels, ancestors, gods or goddesses, animal spirits, plant allies, or simply energy. Some traditions believe we are assigned a team of guides at birth, while others teach that guides appear and depart depending on what we need at different points in our lives.Ways to Connect With Your Guides:Meditation & Breathwork – Find stillness, breathe deeply, and ask inwardly for guides to step forward. Notice what images, sensations, or feelings arise.Tarot or Oracle Cards – Ask your guides to speak through the cards. Pull one with the intention of connecting.Altar Work – Create a sacred space with candles, plants, crystals, or symbols that feel aligned with your guides.Nature Connection – Spend time with animals, plants, or landscapes. Pay attention to what feels significant.Dream Journaling – Keep a notebook by your bed to capture dreams and recurring imagery.Symbol Tracking – Write down synchronicities, numbers, or signs.
