Three participants of the youth exchange "Food (R)evolution" share their experience during one week in Altamura as part of an international group from France, Georgia, Bulgaria, Spain and Italy. While making the original Italian tomato sauce (La salsa) from the first step of collecting tomatoes in the countryside until the last step of selling their self-made salsa on the final event, the group learned about the huge problem of exploitation of migrants collecting tomatoes in the region of Puglia.A big thank you to the whole group!
