Fresh off her new book, Leadership and Life Hacks, Alyssa Rapp joins Brian to talk about her transition from founding and leading every wine drinker’s favorite app, bottlenotes, to moving back to Chicago and takin the reins at Surgical Solutions. Alyssa discusses her “hacks” for learning about the health care services industry, working with an inherited board and juggling family and personal life outside of work.
