Australia is a world leader and innovator in the Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) space. I'm joined today by Michael Eidel of Openpay ASX:OPY. Everyone has heard about Afterpay but it's worth noting that there are other players in this sector. Openpay partners with merchants to allow for customers to spread their payments over time at zero interest. It’s headquartered in Australia and its services are available here, in New Zealand and most recently the UK. It was founded in 2013 with Michael taking up the role of CEO since 2019.
