Define the problem - You want to get to the root cause of the problem by taking a close look at it to define the problem you may have Gather information - This is the research phase in which you can ask experts, talk to anyone you may be going through the same problem.  Generate possible solutions - After you’ve gathered information, lay out everything. This generates curiosity and to think outside of the box Evaluate the options + choose the best solution - Write down the pros and cons of each solution and determine what the best solution is for you!  Evaluate the results- After implementing the solution, did it work?
