Driven by an incessant quest for immersion and fluidity, Enkō’s locked groove style creates a deep yet rhythmically rich performance.

The Basilar Festival resident and SUMMA founder showcases a groovier side to Lisbon techno whilst his contributions to the electronic movement extend beyond performing and curatorship into music production, with releases on labels such as BCCO, HAYES, AWRY or BELUGA TRACKS.

In the half-decade he spent studying music technology and sound design in Leeds, UK, he developed and finessed as a sound artist. And after collaborations with various festivals and events such as Latitude, Leeds Festival, and SHHH_IFT, he established several new projects in Lisbon, including the OBRA, OCASO, cult party SUMMA, and techno label HAYES Collective.

Enkō is a regular at top-level venues and festivals in his homeland, namely Lux Frágil, Indústria, Outra Cena, Gare, Basilar Festival, Boom Festival, Freedom Festival, Forte Festival, Waking Life, Vinculum, Lisb-On, Timelapse, Aroma Cósmico and others.
