One would assume that if you were to start a new church enterprise, you might pick someone other than Lazarus to name it after. But for Pastor Mark Pulliam and his wife Laura, herself a LCMS DCE, Lazarus seemed like a logical name for a missionary church. Courting a population of primarily un-churched and de-churched worshippers, the Pulliams are building a vibrant, living ministry in Northeast Houston.
