Welcome to Day 9 of Hope Has Come. Today we explore Joseph's extraordinary response to God's unexpected call - a response that teaches us profound lessons about faith and obedience. Our scripture today comes from Matthew 1:24: "When Joseph woke up, he did what the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took Mary home as his wife." Such a simple verse describing such a monumentally difficult decision. Joseph woke up and obeyed. No argument, no delay, no conditions - just pure, immediate obedience to God's direction, even though it would cost him dearly.
