My guest today is Teresa Linder. Hi! I am Teresa Linder, your retreat leader and a woman who is moving into the next magical chapter of my life. I grew up in the Mountains of Northern California as the baby of 6 and learned to love the mountains, the trees and being out in nature. I have raised 4 sons; Max, Sam, Zack and Brock in partnership with Mike, my husband of 34 years. I consider the fact that I survived raising 4 boys my greatest accomplishment! Certainly, my deepest learning moments have come through raising them. . In the course of my own healing journey, I became a certified Emotions Mentor ™, a natural-healer and an avid essential oil expert. I also have my own podcast "Leading With Heart" where I highlight and showcase amazing women with stories of resilience, joy, pain and growth. The podcast is in it's second season and it might just be my favorite thing to do. I have found peace, a renewed belief in myself and an ability to connect to other’s stories and hearts in a profound and powerful way. I find my deepest happiness in helping people reconnect to their joy, their power and their soul’s innate goodness.
