Sometimes it can be hard to say no; but when you neglect how you feel and say yes or agree to everything, you begin to have feelings of resentment, being taken advantage of, and/or being overwhelmed by competing commitments. To prevent those feelings it's necessary for you to set and be consistent with boundaries.
