In the last six weeks, the world has been shut down, due to the safety precautions of COVID-19; and it has been a little hectic. These weeks have been filled with an emotional roller coaster of being frustrated, anxious, overworked, and so many other feelings. We have been isolated from school, work, friends, family, and the world; spending all of our time at home. It has been a lot for anyone, but especially the working parent. We are not only working from home, but we are homeschooling our children at the same time. 
In today's episode, Latika checks in with you and asks the question, "How are you doing?" She gives you a few tips to help you to continue going in the midst of this storm. She shares:

sticking to a schedule
not putting pressure on yourself
giving yourself grace

This storm we are in, is not easy; but Latika encourages you to keep going and prays for you to receive the strength from God to keep going.
