Listen "Releasing Grudge"
Episode Synopsis
But grace is a wonderful thing when we need to let go of grudges. It is a higher form of forgiveness, in a way. Practicing grace essentially implies being ready to forgive, in anticipation of being hurt by someone that matters a lot – a partner, child, parent, colleague at work, etc. When we forgive people for future offenses, we avoid developing grudges.
Holding a grudge give you the feeling that you are owed something; forgiving on the other hand is valuing yourself to move on.
Moving past the feeling of resentment help us grow to let go of the grudge we have for someone. It is an opportunity to accept things for what they are and live in the present
