Listen "Episode Seven: High Anxiety: How to Deal with Yours, and Other People's "
Episode Synopsis
Jon Mattleman knows a thing or two about anxiety. Not only does he help people, especially teens and the adults in their loves, find ways to cope with anxiety, he, too deals with anxiety in his own life. Then again, these days, who doesn't. As the Massachusetts Clinical Director of Minding Your Mind, he helps provide mental health education, and strategies to adolescents, teens and young adults. In his private practice, Jon offers presentations, consultations and consulting services. We talk about the rise of not just anxiety, but suicide ideation among teens during Covid, along with ways to recognize anxiety, and find positive ways to deal with our loved ones, and ourselves when we find our emotions frayed. More on Jon's warm, kind and sometimes humorous approach to the human condition, at jonmattleman.com.
