Welcome to the final episode of our series Wrapping Up This Year While Building Momentum for Next Year, where we dive into how you and your team can set the stage for a powerful start to the New Year. Today’s topic was inspired by a question I got on a recent coaching call. The question was, "How can we help our teams understand that what they do now impacts their results 30 - 60 days from now?"Understanding the sales cycle is crucial, especially for leaders and aspiring leaders. In this episode, I give you two simple ways to look at sales cycles so you can understand why your results fluctuate and how to make them more consistent. The point of these exercises is to know what you need to do to keep the ball rolling while on a break so that you’re not starting from scratch when you get back to your business. I want you to take a break from your business over the holidays, but that doesn’t mean you’ll completely check out of it.
