Welcome to the first episode of my podcast! In this episode, I share my story (I’d want to check me out before I referred my team and friends to the podcast) and the lessons as I built my business.I tried to build a profitable business and a productive team by playing the numbers game. I recruited anyone who was over 18, didn’t live in my house, and was breathing, and then I did everything for them. I thought I was modeling a successful business, but all I was doing was showing them how to get burned out. Finally, when I made some adjustments to my mindset, everything changed.I went from wanting to quit to becoming a top performer and leader.I was a top performer and leader with three different companies.
