In this episode, I share with you some struggles I've been facing recently and what I've been doing to process them. Social Media is such a highlights real, and all I want to do is be a real human amongst the smoke and mirrors. My hope is that by me being vulnerable and sharing some of my struggles that it will give you permission to be a human also.
