It's officially fall which means that HOLIDAY SZN is upon us. Normally around this time of the year is where I throw the towel in and say “I'll wait till next year to get back on the grind...” but this year is different. My year has been so interesting to watch unfold. A lot of things turned out better than I expected and other things took a turn that I would have preferred went a different way. Nonetheless, I am extremely grateful and proud to say that I'm blessed to have things turn out the way they did, even if they were not exactly my ideal scenario. As I reflected on my year so far, I also took some time to think about how I wanted to move forward with the few remaining months of 2024 and how I could continually build momentum going into the new year instead of wading in the water till January 1st. Keeping every area of my life in mind, from movement, to faith, to healing, and even spending $$ more wisely, I made this episode in hopes to bring you some inspiration and motivation on how you could finish the year with strength and confidence. Staying focused during the holidays can be a challenge, I get it, but after listening to this, it won't feel as daunting and intimidating as your mind wants you to think that it is!
