It all started a few years ago, on a hot July day. My two-year-old son Frank had apparently decided not to sleep on that night...

And when I gave up all hope and the apartment without AC got really unbearably hot, I turned on the fan... The rest is, hmm, literally silence ;o)

Indeed, the sleep-inducing effects of various sounds (such as fan white noise) have been scientifically proven! These sounds can help you if you want to fall asleep, relax, study, focus, meditate or soothe a crying baby.
