So, as the title assumes, this is my first podcast! Thanks to enough people’s requests, I am now sharing my live to the world with my voice! This first episode will share a little bit about me, why I am here in your ear, and what I hope to get out of all this podcast nonsense. As a massage therapist I have learned many ways to care for ones self, and can’t wait to share some of it with you!
