Tapping is an ancient practice which works similarly to acupuncture. While we make mistakes, it's important to forgive ourselves and move past them. Tapping on our energy meridians, and speaking kindly to ourselves, we just might restore our calm and allow ourselves forgiveness. Even though I feel overwhelmed, I know I can handle this.
