This episodes' guest is Katherine Hammack. Katherine is a pioneer in deploying sustainable and energy efficient technologies. As a former Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installations, Energy and Environment, Katherine was instrumental in moving the Army to recognize the benefits of renewables and efficiency for resilience, cost savings and the environment. She is currently the Director of Special Projects for Green Business Certifications Inc, which independently recognizes excellence in resilient buildings and power infrastructure. In her spare time she volunteers as a Director of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air-conditioning, and is an Advisor with MKAdvisors.
