When I set out on this journey to enjoy the day by dwelling-tiny, I had no idea what a Park model was much less why it would be of interest to me.
Initially, I set out as my folks did by renting condos. I had flexibility as to where but soon realized my income was fixed and my outgo wasn't fixed, with this approach. Next, I switched to a fifth wheel, tried a warmer area, then grew to a Class A motor home. While I had the flexibility I didn't exercise it, actually enjoying the commorodity of community. While I was still subject to landlord increases, lesser because I was renting a space, I also had vehicle depreciation expenses. After three years I've now switched to a park model.
So what is a park model?
