Today's episode was such a joy for me to record because health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition have been a passion of mine for a very long time! There is most certainly a correlation between our physical wellness and our mental wellness. But even further, there is most definitely a correlation between our physical/mental wellness, and how we manage our space and time. As a productivity coach, I love working with people on their physical wellness goals. I believe that half the battle with staying on track with our physical wellness is the lack of time management, routine, and scheduling.
