Episode Synopsis

I created this for you to use each day because I believe in breaking the status quo to perform, and enjoy life confidently without the stress and overwhelm that we’re under each day.
Our goal today is not to stop our thoughts, or even pursue the ideal meditation each time you practice. I just encourage you on each unique day, to be your true self and make your mental practice a priority, in order to open some space and awareness that will really come in handy for life.  The track can assist you in lowering stress and resistance, to unlock the potential of your mind; connecting you to your natural wellbeing and inner wisdom. 
The practice is designed so it is easy to follow and use for listeners. When we are in the reactive or resistant and stressed state, we are operating from our lower instinctual nature.
It makes it hard for us to access our natural intelligence, to be calm, avoid recurring patterns/ mistakes, see the broader picture and deal with reality as it is (not as we perceive). Because of the way we are operating under the chemicals of stress throughout the brain and body, it becomes hardwired into our system, and limits us in ways that we seldom realise.
It’s through this regular practice I am providing you, that we will initiate ourselves in becoming the master of our own inner space and power, so that we are clear and calm to make higher decisions in life and experience vitality. The key is to become conscious of what you’re experiencing, and we explore the relationship between awareness and thinking whilst building upon our knowledge of self.
