St. John Paul II: October 22nd
Drink: The Salomé Cocktail
1 oz. gin
¾ oz. dry vermouth
¾ oz. red Dubonnet
Stir ingredients in a shaker or mixing glass filled with ice, strain, and serve in a cocktail glass.
