King Nebuchadnezzar had a dream that troubled him, so he wanted his wise men to interpretate it without him telling them what it was all about. Once he realized they couldn't tell him the dream's intrepretation without him telling them first what it was all about, he ordered them killed, and their homes as well.  God used Daniel to help Daniel save the day. Daniel knew it wasn't any wisedom on his part, but to his credit, he knew who to pray to for answers, and he solicted the help of his brothren. In the end, God showed the King that his wise men weren't so wise after all and He is the God to be worshipped.
